Peraselle

Government

The Confederation Of Peraselle, or simply Peraselle, is a fairly new nation on the continent of Prsata with divided government abilities between the Astrarch of Eclipsa and Acanthi of Perithia. This nation united through the unique ties of their deities, Pera and Selene, along with the already close friendship between the two cities. Peraselle is primarily a friendly community who prioritize the wellness of their peers and allyship however given the history of the capital, that can swiftly change if provoked.

The Astrarch of Eclipsa, Bingi Fynnvar, while young, has proven in recent years of their honorable persistance and proud heritage. They had recently returned to Eclipsa after an attempt on their life executed by the now Councilor of Blackfeld, Vormaug Drachenart, which has raised some questions concerning the new Mutual Defense Pact established between Peraselle and Maelstrom.

Meanwhile the isolated Acanthi of Perithia, Ezare Furded, has made his stand and taken the role of nation leader alongside the Astrarch. He does not make his past well known, merely mentioning how he hailed from the red mesas of Prsata and from a town that met an unfortunate end. Ezare only wishes for peace due to this, citing that they do not want Perithia to end up like his old town, pairing this with the stability of the nation to serve under Pera, for whom he is obligated to rely on in times of great need.

History

The Confederation Of Peraselle was established in the late months of 08, brought to life after the collapse of Eclipsa's previous nation, the Syndicate Of Celestiae, and the extraction from the Piracy Nation Of Snora. Bingi and Ezare, following a long discussion surrounding the futures of their states, came to the conclusion of the nation now declared, known as Peraselle. Named after the Eclispan Goddess of the Moon, Selene and the Perithian Diety of Death and Nature, Pera, the settlements of Eclipsa and Perithia formed a new confederate union which is currently evolving and managing its still recent organization.

Royalty

While Perithia does not officially state its royal heirarchy beyond the Acanthi of Perithia that is the stand-in title for the leader and religious coordinator, Eclipsa has the Astrarch which is the first in command as well as the heir for the throne and second in command, the Starholder.
