Melevor Cathbhar Elchsdringen I, also known as Melevor or Melevor the Elder (born at an unknown date, at an unknown location), is a Pyrrhian and Ceiltean revolutionary, monarch and political leader who governed both the Pyrrhian Collectivist Council Republic, and the Union of Collectivist Council Republics. He holds absolute power and authority over the Collectivist Union through his role as both head of state, known as Eternal Leader, head of the nation's government and sole governing party - the National Collectivist League - as the General-Secretary, and the National Folksarmy through the title of Supreme Marshal of the NFA. Initially governing the High Kingdom of Ceiltea as constitutional monarch, Melevor's revolutionary spirit from the past was rekindled and caused the Ceiltean January Revolution through the writing of "Wealth" and through it later the "Collectivist Charter". Through the Collectivist Charter Melevor interpreted his own unique brand of socialism for the Ceiltean nation, that being the staunchly traditionalist, authoritarian and more market-friendly National Collectivism.

Physical Appearance
Despite his aged physical appearance, Melevor is no older than 55, his appearance being credited to stress from the running of the P.C.C.R, Ceilta and now the U.C.C.R. He is of a medium build, with greyish-blue eyes, medium length hair, grey beard and eyepatch and is often seen smoking his favourite pipe.
His right eye is covered by an eyepatch which is the result of a wound during the Great Alathran War inflicted during the siege of Peachfield. Melevor is often seen wearing various coloured tunics, but most commonly his grey tunic which represents his role as General-Secretary of the National Collectivist League. On his chest he wears the medal of the Hero of the Collectivist Union, and is not one for awarding himself with medals. He wears a peaked cap bearing the symbol of the National Collectivist League with gold lacing around it. Other parts of his uniform include gold buttons, belt and chevrons on the arms. He wears military leather boots and bears the rank of General-Secretary on his rank tabs on his shoulders.
Despite appearing elderly, Melevor is still very much physically active, participating in heavy labour often alongside citizens of the Union and participating in fencing among other sports, which he has sponsored and supports the creation of the Collectivist National Games, the so-called "Pyrrhiad".
His appearance has become iconic in the Union for his fatherly appearance, a title he has adopted as Father of the Union.
