The '''City of Rats''' is a town belonging to the Duchy of Petersburg. What the town is lacking above ground it makes up for below ground. They plan to make a big elaborate sewer system for which they set up shops, farms, houses, and more. The sewer has just started construction and looks pretty bad at the moment but we hope that changes somewhere in the near future as they work on it. |
