The City of Rats is a town belonging to the Duchy of Petersburg. What the town is lacking above ground it makes up for below ground. They plan to make a big elaborate sewer system for which they set up shops, farms, houses, and more. The sewer has just started construction and looks pretty bad at the moment but we hope that changes somewhere in the near future as they work on it.

-While it's name brings many tourists it is not an actual kingdom and does not have a lot to show for. This town has been very recently founded and is still in development. All we can do is hope that the new town lives up to everyone's expectations and becomes a great town (or maybe a kingdom. who knows?)
