Frostheim was the hilltop keep of Anchard Dwemeron's people, a fortress of western Arith, and a city of Unity Unending, Encavia, and Invicta before it fell. It has more recently been made a military instillation by the township of Domus Cestaria, and the Holy Solarian Empire.
