Ausgint, known by his birth name, Lopov Ficar, (used interchangeably), is the mayor of Gint, and senator of Arcadian Altanate, a theocratic semi-constitutional parliamentary monarchy. He is the founder and mayor of the town of Gint.

Biography
Early Life
Lopov Ficar was born in Yoko, a small farming and fishing village on the eastern coast of Koganon. Growing up, Lopov had many responsibilities and expectations from his family. He had worked almost constantly to produce potatoes, sugar cane, pumpkins, and other types of farm foods for his close family. He took on other basic responsibilities, such as trading with nearby towns to supply his family with other necessities. Going to other towns and trading taught Lopov most of what he knows about people. Trading also taught Lopov most of his social skills, and how to social engineer people, making him known as a manipulator and liar. This caused for him to be referred as an Aropite, someone who is a follower of Arop, a very frowned upon person in their culture.
Training in Combat
At an early age of 8, Lopov was trained by his brother Bolic, to become a better fighter. This was because of a recent attack on their farms, where a thief had stolen a ton of crops, leaving the family to have a shortage of food. His training consisted mainly of Arsin style fighting, which consists of knives, sticks, and hand to hand combat. He trained until the age of 13, which by then he was a master in the style, and had proven himself to the Arop and his village.
Family
Lopov had grown up in a small family with his mother and father, and his brother Bolic. His mother, Aaoka, taught him how to sew his own clothing and cook. His father, Erado, taught him how to fish and sail. Lopov was very close to Bolic, as Bolic taught him multiple things necessary for their family's lifestyle. Bolic taught Lopov Arsin, a combat unique to their culture. Bolic also taught him how to hunt, and went sailing with him occasionally which strengthened the two brothers relationship.
