At an early age of 8, Lopov was trained by his brother Bolic, to become a better fighter. This was because of a recent attack on their farms, where a thief had stolen a bag fullton of crops, leaving the family to have a shortage of food. His training consisted mainly of Arsin style fighting, which consistedconsists of knives, sticks, and hand to hand combat. He trained until the age of 13, which by then he was a master in the style, and had proven himself to the [[Arop]] and his village.
