Rhonin Tapperhet was born and raised in Freeport/Snowport, but after the results of the Eldia-Stahlfaust war, has moved to Ardora. He is 29 Years Old, lives by himself, and has residency in both Ardora, in the form of a small apartment in the Town Hall and a fishing hut on the docks, and in Valors Hall, reconstructing sections that were destroyed.
