The Vrbas region is on the eastern coast of [[Moria]]. It is surrounded by water an all sides, causing it to be regarded by some as an island. It is bordered to the north by the [[Ada River]], to the south by the [[Serpent River]], to the west by [[Lake Oganj]], and to the east by the ocean. A small strip of land once connected Vrbas to [[Rathkin]]. On 30 July, 2021, a canal was constructed linking Lake Oganj and the Serpent River, thus creating the "island" of Vrbas.
