They bought about six chunks of land from tf2pug and Deathstalkr1 to build a new multi-story, spacious, luxurious, cheap apartment building for new players. It's meant to be temporary or even permanent housing for new players. The purchase was about $6,000 in total. The apartment is expected to finish construction on 8-15-2021.

On July 2, 2021, the first factory in all of Fossores started construction. It's meant to mass-produce 4-5 star 50 years aged alcohol. It would employ about 2-3 players. Current projections of the factory predict gross profits of upwards of $175,000 a day.▼

On July 8, 2021, a new branch of Mineopolis Holdings Company started a new section. It's call McFlats. McFlats is a fast-food company that sells high-quality steaks, bread, golden carrots, coffee, and water for an extremely cheap price.
