The Nevermore Brigade was founded on a Tuesday, July 14th 2021, by LordCrowe, who stated his goal to create and support an organization that would be known as the Knights of Nevermore, of which the town is dedicated to the supply and support of.
Nevermore joined Elyria on the day of its founding, and as of time of writing remains in Elyrian hands
