When The Plug was pulled by Tartarus, the guardian of The Plug at the time, Hargreevs, noticed this and called Haccer to bring this affront up to the political faction protecting Tartarus. Negotiations took place in HighTide with Cody29797. Haccer was able to negotiate two favors from Free Cities of Alathra. After this, Haccer and Hargreevs crafted a new plug as the current had re-shaped the bottom of the ocean.
