It was founded by a seafaring colonist, [[Draconius|Stevius Blockus Draconius]] on June 10, 2021 - notably, within a day. The earliest townsite took hold of an older [[Humanoid Races of Alathra|Villager]] colony on the southernmost coast of [[Arith]], at the mouth of the [[Amkens River]] in [[Stormwind Bay]].
On the same day, Roman citizens got in a fight with [[Hargreevs]] in a friendly discussion turned violent. Roman citizen Scratch7777 had discussed uniting the world under one nation and had proceeded to attack Hargreevs and Dizzeave in an unprovoked assault, leading Hargreevs to slay both Scratch7777 and SteviusBlockus. SteviusBlockus apologized for their citizen's actions and threatened to kick Scratch7777 from the nation.
