Backstory: Someone from Unknown lands that had alone landed upon the sandy shores of Praetara and has joined the nation as a citizen, was quickly given title of Mayor of a ruined town and renamed it to Halcyon. Definition of Halcyon: "Denoting a period of time in the past that was idyllically happy and peaceful."

Appearance: Seems to always wear a mask over his face in public, wears a black, white and red colored uniform with a hood over the head. Slim body with other features being unknown under the outfit and mask.
