Ursus

Ursus is a son of the Praetaran deity Imphiel, and the demigod of humility.

History

Creation

Ursus was created by his father Imphiel to enact his wishes in the world. It is unknown who the Mother of Imphiel is, as he only ever appeared outside The Gate as a young adult, as he was taught the ways of his father through the entirety of his youth.

Order of Humility

After leaving the safety of The Gate, he immediately went to work forming the Order of humility, the group of followers and apostles who wished to follow the teachings of modesty, humility and shame. He sought out capable followers and created the Council of Humility, who's purpose it to continue to propel teachings to the rest of Alathra.

Work of the Temple

Once he had established the order, Ursus constructed the Order's primary temple located in City of the Moon, Luna. This location would be the primary location for followers to make pilgrimages, and offer their humility.

Work in Luna

Due to the dark age of Praetora, Luna was only a shadow of it's former self. With the assistance of other devotees of Praetaran beliefs, rebuilt the city to it's former glory, constructing agricultural centres and reaching out it's arms to neighbouring towns and villages, allowing it to simultaneously spread the faith.
