It is funded by the [[Historians Guild]], a local organization for the preservation of historical and cultural values mainly in [[Kuthara]]. Its hosts are two local Kaliks: Hamilton Buxsby and Rhett Sigürdimonednhahan.
The first broadcast took place on March 10, 13 [[Crops' calendar|AC]], but only for Concord and nearby towns with the goal to gather feedback from the public.
