==Overview==
Vilqins Qofi (Witrems) is an author and philosopher that was born in [[Kais Termina]], but moved to New Pacitta. He was raised to follow the [[Mufijo Faith]], but he was always skeptical. The final nail in the coffin was when someone murdered his father, and he ended up losing all faith. He hasn't done much in his life though, except for move to [[New Pacitta]]. He is currently writing multiplea books,book liketitled “A"Religious Dying System”Travels", anwhich “Ethnicitygoes Log”,over andhis “Ontravels Nationalto Collectivismchurches and Melevorreligious holy Thought”sites.
 
==PoliticalReligious Beliefs==
As said previously, he was raised to follow the [[Mufijo Faith]], but he lost all faith when his father was murdered. He still believes in a world creator and in an afterlife, but as of now, he does not follow any organised religion.
He calls himself a communist, and he is an avid critic of capitalism, National Collectivism, imperialism, religion, and monarchy. He talks less about National Collectivism, as it isn't found in Arcadia, but in Solaris. When “A Dying System”, and “On National Collectivism and Melevor Thought” are released to the public, the full extent of his beliefs on capitalism and National Collectivism will be known.
