Centurions are beings product of sorcery, as they have been conjured with the design purpose of shielding various objects of universal importance, most often "magical". The reasoning for which they are not labelled "Golems" is due to the fact that they are seemingly all of the same origin. Although it is unknown how many of them exist in our realm, it is speculation that there are exactly 100 of them, supposedly one cohesive unit. The reasoning behind this is their name, "Centurion", a word in relation to the number "100".
