(Work in progress) Eisenbury is a city located on the southern continent of Koganon.
Geography
Topography
Eisenbury is situated within an area of low-level flatland. The average elevation is only 2 meters above sea level. The area is a mix of mostly open plains with some forested taiga patches. The southern portion of town extends slightly into the Great Koganon Tundra. This is also where the north-flowing section of the Handel River bifurcates, forming the Breit River to the west. The Handel River continues north and serves as a natural canal, connecting Eisenbury to the Central Ocean via the Kappe River. Due to its narrow width and shallow depth, only small vessels can travel this waterway. Large vessels and merchant ships can access Eisenbury via the Breit River, which significantly widens after the bifurcation. The junction of these rivers is what first attracted settlers to the area. The initial town was situated within the river fork, before expanding beyond both rivers.
Climate
Eisenbury experiences a humid subtropical climate (Köppen: Cfa), with four distinct seasons. Summers are warm and humid with an average temperature of 20.6 °C (69 °F).
