Despite losing most of their armor and weaponry during the Great War, the Altanate ultimately came out of the conflict with minimal problems. The $20,000 in reparations demanded by Elyria were paid in full quickly after hostilities ceased, and the Altanate swiftly got to work replenishing what it had lost. Although the loss in the war was a slight hit to the nation's general morale, the continued independence and unity of the Altanate along with the ease in replacing the lost armor and weaponry quickly counteracted most of the negative effects of the war.

Relations with the former Entente nations stayed warm, and relations with Elyria would eventually begin to improve a few weeks after the war's end. About a week and an half after hostilities with Elyria ended, the bordering nation of Kogongu, which had suffered a semi-collapse as a result of the influence of Elyria before the Great War, was fully subsumed into Arcadia on the request of their de facto leader [[Vasya]]. These added resources started the Altanate on the route to the influential nation it is today.

Despite the peace agreement with Elyria on August 21, Arcadia didn't fully withdraw from the defunct Entente until October 28, 2021, nearly two months after the war's end. This symbolic move was undertaken to distance the Altanate from its past failings, and formally disassociate with the failed alliance.
