***NOTICE*** As of the Eldia-Stalhfaust War, Snowport had fallen and been abandoned by Eldia, along with Rhonin giving up on creating his own town of Windhold. Valors Hall[1] has become part of Ardora and is still in existence.
Information
Windhold was planned to be located directly next to Snowport and Hightower in the nation of Eldia, and Rhonin Tapperhet served as mayor. The Town Hall, known as Valors Hall, stands as the oldest building where Windhold was planned to be constructed.
History
Windhold, specifically Valors Hall, served as a fortress for one of the local tribes living within the lands of Eldia at the time, and was abandoned shortly after construction began in Eldia.

Windhold served as the home to 1 citizen, being the mayor, Rhonin.
