The group, often called the "First Five", originally settled on the northwestern continent. Due to geopolitical tensions and an abundance of land in the south, the group made the 8,000 block voyage to Cape Bartow. The capital of Newer Polk was founded on June 13th, 2023
The first days of the new town were tough. Constant massacres by mobs throughout the night meant that the disorganized populace went through a lot. Eventually, walls were built and the first builders created the Capital House in downtown Newer Polk.

The Confederation Army is one of the few known armies in the world to use war dogs. Each soldier is assigned multiple K-9's to act as a force multiplier in battle. The Army is experienced in ground warfare, as it is primarily made up of experienced veterans with training and war in other servers. Each Army soldier is required by law to have their shield carry the flag of the Confederation. This also applies to the State Militias whenever they are mobilized.
