Silent steel, a material known for its high toughness, strength, resistance to deformity, and ability to silence magic, is the crux of Jharim's research. One of the first things he discovered, silent steel made him a formidable opponent against the other children, who usually relied on magics. Silent steel operates off of the Order machination. The Order machination is a device within all silent steel contraptions that allows the silent steel to easily maintain its shape, and condition, all to maintain order.
