''HDSkipper'', also known by his birth name ''Sayyid'' is the founderleader of Iskandar, the Northernmost town of Lydoneia.
== Appearance ==
Sayyid is a male with green eyes, and a slim, tall body shape. His most common attire include a red/blue coat with a dark grey undershirt, black boots and gloves, grey pants and a belt. He often has a blank expression on his face no matter how he is feeling or what he is thinking about. He also usually has a scabbard that holds the [[Sabre of Iskandar]].

Sayyid was born 25 years ago into the royal family of the city of Nehir Arasında (Modern day [[Iskandar]]). He was born into a royal lifestyle with his father, Neyf being the crowned prince of Nehir Arasında. He had grown up lavishly, and had a promising future ahead until about 23 years into his life an attack from [[Icesteel]] almost decimated the entire town, killing his father and younger sister. He was able to escape with only a handful of villagers and barely any belongings. He spent about 2 years as a hunter gatherer with the remainder of his people, trying to find refuge, but finding none, they went back to [[Iskandar]] and were surprised to find some of the city still standing, and thus he reclaimed his old home, renamed the city to say it was a new era, and got crowned as the Prince of Iskandar again.
Sayyid was born 27 years ago in the taiga forests near [[Haven]] and [[Hanau]]. Little is known about his childhood, but in his early life, spent most of his time as a wanderer across [[Alathra]], looking for any food and resources he could to survive on the planet. For months he scoured the world for a decent place to which he could settle down and make his home. For months he hunted and gathered food on the countryside of nearby towns or in some cases the middle of nowhere to find something to eat. (Not to be confused with the town of [[Nowhere]]). He eventually settled down nearby the mouth of the [[Iskandar River]] and named his town after it.

As he settled in his newold townhome, he was almost immediately forced to make a decision for the future of him and his home. Because his town was located on the border of the [[Southern Union]] and [[Icesteel]] he had to choose as to which country he wanted to join. He found the leadership of the Southern Union more peaceful the those of Icesteel, aswho they had just been through a war and thus decided to join themthe Southern Union. After this, he hadjoined the Union's HOR until a quitedisagreement simplebetween lifethe uptowns untiland the central government resulted in a peaceful coup (See:[[The dissolutionDissolution of the Southern Union]]) and his country was under a peacefulnew coupRepublic whichbecame resultedthe inmain thegoverning [[Republicbody of Lydoneia]]his country.

== Politics ==
Sayyid could be described as having an aggressive diplomatic strategy, however will choose peace whenever it is easier and more effective. Due to the Icesteelan raid he suffered younger, he is a hard militarist, wanting to always have better defense capabilities so what happened when he was 23 doesn't ever happen again. He believes in free speech, and preferred government style being a representative democracy.
