This nation united through the unique ties of their deities, Pera and Selene, along with the already close friendship between the two cities. Peraselle is primarily a friendly community who prioritize the wellness of their peers and allyship however given the history of the capital, that can swiftly change if provoked.

 

The Astrarch of Eclipsa, Bingi Fynnvar, while young, has proven in recent years of their honorable persistance and proud heritage. They had recently returned to Eclipsa after an attempt on their life executed by the now Councilor of Blackfeld, Vormaug Drachenart, which has raised some questions concerning the new Mutual Defense Pact established between Peraselle and Maelstrom.
