The Archive template is a maintenance template used for creating message boxes related to archival work.
Usage
The full template syntax is as follows: {{Archive|status=status|category}}
By placing {{Archive|status=status}} at the top of a page, an informational banner will appear. The parameter for status is required, while category is suggested to be used when archiving is complete.
The following table contains status keywords that automatically fill the banner with relevant information:

|---|---|
| done | Use for articles which have been properly archived |
| undone | Use for articles that need to be archived and protected from edits. Page is placed into Category:Articles for archiving |
Providing a category value automatically places the page into an archive category. Its values include:
