=== Background ===

[[Unitatis]] and [[Errane]] were city states located along the southernmost coast of Arith. Due to their close proximity, they were destined to have some differances. Its worth mentioning that Errane was rumored to have had at least two sorcerers (hackers) in their ranks, a danger to the allied forces, but of whom were fortunately banished (banned) before the war.

=== The Attempted Assassination of Gbhm2 ===

A few days before the war, [[NukeKiller07]] (Leader of Errane) and 3 of his residents tried to assassinate [[Gbhm2]] in his home. Gbhm has said that this attack was unprovoked. NukeKiller and his cronies lost this battle, claiming the reason to be Gbhm having superior gear, despite the fact two of them were hacking. After this, tensions grew between the two city states, as Unitatis leader Gbhm2 demanded to be payed $11,000 in reparations for his mistreatment. Nukekiller refused, stating that Gbhm had lost nothing and he had lost all his gear, claiming that this was payment enough. Gbhm did not stand for this and decided that going to war was his only option.

=== The Build Up ===

In the time leading up to the war, many players heard about this conflict and came from far and wide to see what was happening. Many players opted to join the side of Unitatis in the war, and in return Gbhm offered them seats on the council of Unitatis. Currently these seats have been given to: [[Notoric]] of [[Silvermoon]], [[HDSkipper]] of [[Iskandar]], [[Happyface]] of [[BaSingSe]], [[Kevien]] of [[Pragma]] and [[Imtiredblue]] of [[Oakland]]. Many more players joined in for the war, resulting in Unitatis forming their nation [[Unity Unending]]. A fitting name for a nation who managed to bring so many different nations together to fight for a common cause.

=== Pre-War Meeting ===

On the day of the 2nd of September, at 1PM EST, Gbhm2 hosted a pre-war meeting in his Grand Hall. The meeting lasted around an hour and was attended by [[Theodmer]] who was leading the charge on behalf of [[Redna]].

Theodmer and 4 other attackers opted to go invisible to the defenders wouldnt able to see their names, while Gbhm2, Notoric and HDSkipper went together. Errane had 2 members at the town, NukeKiller07 and [[Bananabilly69420]]. Upon seeing the three non-invisible attackers, Bananabilly announced that he did not want to fight and it was only his leader who had wronged anyone. The attacking forces told him that if he collected his items and left, no harm would come to him. Bananabilly was free to go. This bought the fight to an initial 8v1. Whilst this was happening, Nukekiller was planning his escape. He left his town via the use of underground tunnels as the seige began. The attackers took the time to grind some MCMmo levels while they waited. A short while later, Nukekiller announced he was "leaving this shitshow" and dissapeared. Unitatis and their allies took this chance to celebrate and share their GGs, despite the seige not being over.

Then, night fell. With around 10 soldiers now around the banner, the phantoms began their defence in full force. Fourty of them came swooping down from the sky, trying to deal whatever damage they could to the attackers. Jokes were shared about how the phantoms were a better defender than Nukekiller, and that this was his plan all along. Then, disaster struck. As the defenders were fighting the third swarm of phantoms, a stray arrow from Theodmer struck [[VentoAureo]], killing them on the spot. Theodmer guarded their angel chest while everyone joked about how the defenders had more kills on the defenders than the attackers did. Soon after, a mock auction began for the land of Errane, with everyone bidding in chat. Patatskie won the auction for $4000, however everyone decided the land wasnt worth this much and jokingly sold it to theo for $1. Shortly after this news, everyone is allerted to the death of Nukekiller, who had returned during the commotion. HDSkipper had secured the first kill on Nukekiller after finding a way into his tunnels. Talks began about who would get his head when he was killed a second time, this time by [[Rynnth of Caelestis Isles|Rynnth]]. Rynnth was hiding in his tunnels wearing gold armor. He killed him twice with his Celestial Executioner and once with his Celestial Bow, bringing the kill total up to 4. After this, Nukekiller left again. The battle dragged on, it became a waiting game for the defenders as they erected various structures with paintings or stating how much they hated the phantoms. They pleaded for Nuke to surrender and stop wasting everyones time, but he didnt listen and continued to die. Nuke made a mad dash for Unitatis, but this was spotted by Notoric and he was swiftly hunted down by Rynnth wearing Elytra. Upon losing his items, Nuke gave up and the battle was won. Gbhm2 plundered the town and Errane was forced to disband.

Some people see this war as a symbol that nations are willing to put aside their differences for the greater good of the realm. Theodmer did not want to celebrate the crushing of such a small town with such a large army, but many of the attackers went on to loot and pillage the remains of Errane. Fireworks and drinks were had at Unitatis afterwards, by anyone who wanted to celebrate.
