Valtaran royal navy

The Valtaran Royal Navy (VRN) was created by King Hadas in 253 BCW along with the Valtaran Army (VA) and the Valtaran Espionage Division (VED) to administer all the ships in the army, all the ports in the Kingdom of Valtara and any sea vessel registered in Valtara.
