Overview
Porzhport is the city state that lies entirely on the island of Porzh. The island is located of the south-east coast of Prsata. Built by a collective of immigrants fleeing early war-torn Adelaar, Porzhport strives to be the safe haven it once was for its descendants.
Geography
Location
Located just off the coast of Degli Teshlar in the south-east regions of Prsata, the island of Porzh is a rich ecosystem home to many notable species including elephants, ocelots and parrots. Porzhport was built upon an abandoned tribal town with its previous occupants unknown. Just off the south coast is the small island of Fort Sondor, as well as many minor islands.
Landscape
Besides the ocean, Porzh is a relatively flat island with a dense healthy jungle. To the north of the city walls is a large flat sand dune that extends out about 200 blocks. Across the river there is a dense forest which is always sustainably harvested from.
Economy
Resources
The depths of Porzh opens up to an extensive underground system, rich in deposits of Solar Gold. Porzhans are also artisans of taste and pleasure, where there are plenty of luxurious shops selling food and fashion. Stop by the bar on the main beach to taste our one-of-a-kind Root Beer, only made in Porzhport Brewery. Fish are also plentiful and are currently reared at the docks in spawning pools.
Trade
The town council sells all sorts of valuable materials around the town as well as food and niche items. Porzhport also has various markets where anyone in the world can sell their items. On the north side of the island there is a shipyard selling numerous ships big and small.
Porzhport is an optimal place for trade and transport as its port town status and easy access to trade ships makes it easy to travel the world. Having the ocean on its doorstep leads it to have many visitors from all over the world.
