Panga Island, also known as Pangia, is a small island in the north east of Alathra. It is very populated and is the birthplace of the Hyotogo religion. Furthermore, it contains the headquarters of multiple organisations and companies that are active throughout the whole of Alathra.

The capital of Panga Island is Panga City. The nation of Panga Island is a parliamentary monarchy and is leaded by the Higg (Pangian for King). The current Higg at power is the founder of the nation itself, Hyotozo Elden, often referred to as "the Captain", or "the greatest/first Higg". The bastion has 400 000 inhabitants and has two official languages: Common Alathran (English) and Pangian.
