Tiberius Jakivus III
Tiberius Jakivus Frederick-William (Tiberian: Tibier Jaakehns Frihdrehck-Welhulme), also known as Tiberius Jakivus III, is a Styvarian noble and military officer and former Duke in the Drakedom of Drachenland.
Biography
Life in Jhai
Tiberius was born Raskiluus Zenaadte Welhulme in Jhai 32 years ago. He was given the utmost military training and rose the ranks of the Jhaian Navy, eventually becoming the Admiral, a rank which transcended all branches of the South Arkitusian Armed Forces. He began looking through his family history and found that he was descended from Tiberius Jakivus, founder of Jhai, and so he was permitted to change his name to Tibier Jaakehns Frihdrehck-Welhulme, often anglicized as Tiberius Jakivus Frederick-William. After the Consuls of South Arkitus became inactive, Tiberius became the de facto leader of the nation.
Founding the Duchy
Tiberius was given the opportunity to found a Drachen vassal state on the continent of Adelaa'r, which he named New Jhai. The town attracted around six players and changed its name to Tiberia. It was then incorporated into the Drakedom of Drachenland as a semi-autonomous Duchy.

Disappearance
Soon, however, he went missing. No-one knew where he was, causing massive instability in Drachenland which may have contributed to its eventual fall. During his disappearance, he was actually living as a captive of the many evil creatures in the Nether, where they spoke ancient and evil secrets in his ear. One day, after he was set free, these voices of darkness returned and told him how to practice Necromancy. He refused to do so, and swore to never practice such evils. However, the voices still haunt him...
Briarthorn
The Nether creatures eventually set him free and cast him back into Tiberia. However....Tiberia was gone. After the fall of the Drakedom, a new power emerged in North Adelaa'r to take its place: Styvaria. In Tiberia's place was built the Styvarian province of Briarthorn Harbour, ruled by Lord Torlinn of Briarthorn. Tiberius spoke with Lord Torlinn, and was allowed to live in the province as a noble, keeping the title of Duke of Tiberia but staying subservient to Torlinn. He immediately joined the Styvarian Expeditionary Force and Styvarian Royal Navy and became a respected military advisor to Zeneth I, the King of Styvaria. Today, he remains a respected military commander and influential advisor to the King. He is currently helping the King plan a new naval command office in Briarthorn.
